5 Early morning habits to stay fit

                     It is my first ever post on 5 morning habits started to make people aware about the importance of health care to make your life cheerful and it will definitely help you to stay fit and to look younger and beautiful forever.
                    An ancient proverb "Health is wealth" tell us ,our ancestors were also much aware about the health but now a days, most of us either don't have the time to think about our health or we pretend as we have not the time to think about health and fitness.
        Meanwhile we can improve our life by making some efforts to stay healthy. It will definitely boost your stamina to work and keep you away to indulged in bad habits too. 5 morning habits can change your way of life to live. Read, follow and feel the drastic changes within few days what we require is consistency and decipline .
                     It will definitely sculpture your personality in a different way if you adopt these habits.

1. Develop habit to wake up early in the morning

    Leave the bed at 4 o'clock in the morning every human being is required 6 hours sleep at least, so go to bed early in the night.
According to Indian mythology, 4 to 6 a.m. in morning is called as "Braham muhurta". This time our brain works 10 times more faster comparative to whole day. students can make their schedule for their studies in this particular time. they will gain knowledge more rapidly in short time because of rapid activity of our brain during "bramha muhurta".

2. In  take  two glass of water in early morning

Drinking two full glass of water in early morning keep us away from several diseases as water passes into intestine, it dissolves all toxins from our body and they  are excreted out from our body, alongwith urine and faeces .

Take two glass of water after wake up

It keeps our stomach light and stress free if you adopt as an habit it remove all gastric troubles such as acidity, anxiety, constipation, gas trouble and much more beyond it.

3.Early morning is the Good time for meditation 

Meditation habit makes our brain to concentrate quickly. It helps us to make quick and right decisions and make our brain fit and unfired for the whole day. Meditation Improves self confidence and brain power and our memory fantastically.
                  Studies reveals that meditation improves memory to remember things happens in past, sharpen memory to learn subjects and topics quickly and to make us remember the valuable things in daily routine.

Take a white plane paper  and  put the pen or pencil tip on it and hold the pen or pencil with your single finger and watch  the tip of pencil without blinking your eyes continuously for 5 minutes and concentrate  between  the space of your eyebrows while watching the pencil tip. when you start to perform this exercise of meditation you would be able to see a yellow circle around the pencil tip. After few days of practice as you will get experts, the colour changes from yellow to blue then to green and then red, as you get the power of meditation. It happens really it's not a magic, it's your internal power which make you to see all the colours of light from which it is made of .We can say meditation directly plays an important role to enhance our personality .
   

 4. Early morning is the good time to perform exercise and yoga

      Early morning is the best time to perform physical exercise and yoga for half an hour to one hour to make our body muscular and yoga keep us away from all diseases and we look young and energetic for the whole day .
It maintains the blood circulation in our body which allow our heart to work properly to keep us away from heart diseases when we perform exercise our heart muscles pump blood rapidly, so our heart muscles gets more stronger and work more during our life as compared to those who doesn't do exercise. we can say that the people who do exercise lives more long life compare to those people who dont do.

5 important types of yoga for beginners.

1). Mountain pose

     How to do it: Start standing with your feet together. Press down through all ten toes as you spread them open. Engage your quadriceps to lift your kneecaps and lift up through the inner thighs. Draw your abdominals in and up as you lift your chest and press the tops of the shoulders down.
Hold for 5-8 breaths.


2). Downward facing dog position

How to do it: come on to all four limbs with your  wrist under your shoulders  and  knees  under  your hips. Tuck under your toes and lift your hips up off the floor as you draw them up at back towards your heels. 


3). Plank pose


How to do it: From all four limbs, tuck under your toes and lift your legs up off the mat. Slide your heels back enough until you feel you are one straight line of energy from your head to your feet.
Engage the lower abdominals, draw the shoulders down and away from the ears, pull your ribs together and breathe deeply for 8-10 breaths.

4). Triangle pose

How to do it: Start standing with your feet one leg's-length apart. Open and stretch your arms to the sides at shoulder height. Turn your right foot out 90 degrees and your left toes in about 45 degrees.
Engage your limbs and abdominals as you hinge to the side over your right leg. Place your right hand down on your ankle, shin or knee and lift your left arm up to the ceiling.
Turn your gaze up to the top hand and hold for 5-8 breaths. Lift up to stand and repeat on the opposite side.

5). Seated forward bend pose

How to do it: Start seated with your legs together, feet firmly flexed and not turning in or out, and your hands by your hips. Lift your chest and start to hinge forward from your waist. Engage your lower abdominals and imagine your belly button moving towards the top of your thighs.

5. Intake or breath morning fresh air in open 

    Intake fresh morning air in the garden or in place surrounded with green plants and walk on the grass with bare feet. When fresh, non polluted air goes inside our lungs they works long lasting it means healthy lungs increases our life duration lungs are made up of small entities which are called alveoli it looks like number of small balloons, the fresh air enter in these balloons and make them healthy and oxygenated to increase their life span.
When we walk on the grass with bare feet in the early morning, the Dew drops on the tip of the grass get absorbed by the floor of our feet which contains nacent oxygen which helps to improve vision of our eyes. It really works if you do regularly.

Adopt these beautiful habits to make your precious life healthy wealthy  and more energetic and boost up your stamina daily at free of cost to live longer .
